Lola grew up in West Africa, in the cities of Lagos, and Jos. These two locales were about as different as any two places on the earth. The contrast of the steamy, chaotic, commerce driven city of Lagos where her family resided was a 180 degree opposite to the small educational community with quaint little homes, dormitories and scenic gardens of her boarding school experience in the small village just outside of Jos.

Amanda Oboza has been the communications coordinator with the Greater Lansing Association of REALTORS® since March 2011 where she facilitates all social media, the eNewsletter and instructs technology classes at GLAR. She graduated from Central Michigan University in August 2010 with a bachelor's degree in public relations and journalism. She is very in tune with using the Web and technology to accomplish business objectives. Although new to the real estate industry, Oboza has experience executing social media strategies for utilities, non-profits, retail, online media publications, heating and cooling and entertainment.
Justin Razmus has been involved in technology and entrepreneurship since 1995, when he was hired at age 16 by his first client to build a website for their company. He has been a business owner most of his life, starting several successful companies over the years, and doing plenty of consulting work for other businesses.
He began selling real estate in 2006 as a licensed REALTOR®, and continued until 2009, closing over 120 transactions in that short amount of time. During that same time period Justin also started Razmus Ventures Inc, which purchased rental properties and also flipped homes. The demand for these homes to be repaired also led to opening a construction and project management company, which rehabbed over 80 houses and small apartment buildings in only 2 years.
