The Professional Expectations Program is an aspirational program intended to draw attention to the practices that go above and beyond State License Law and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics to insure that real estate transactions are smooth and successful.
The foundation of the program is the Professional Expectations Pledge (pdf). This Pledge identifies common courtesies and expectations in the areas of customer care and communication, technology, professional development, risk management, transaction management, and professional relationships.
We are pleased to announce that over 800 REALTOR® members have chosen to participate in this voluntary program. You can identify these individuals via the Integrity Logo that appears on their individual roster pages.
