Legal Defense

Both the GRAR and the MAR have developed this fund for Association participation in legal cases which could help make favorable case law for REALTORS®. Requests for assistance may be made to the Legal Fund Committee. Call the Association office for a copy of the Legal Fund procedures which outline the form and process your request should follow.
