MLS Exchange Inc

The MLS Exchange, Inc. is the name of the newly-formed corporation which became operational on January 1, 1997. The MLS Exchange is a member-driven "for profit corporation" governed by a Board of Directors (different from the GRAR Board of Directors) and operated under a management contract with GRAR. The corporation was formed to operate the multiple listing service on a cooperative basis among holders of the corporations common stock. The shareholders are the Broker/Owner REALTORS® who have the voting power to change bylaws and elect or remove Directors. GRAR and the MLS Exchange are two separate and distinct corporations.
