National Association of REALTORS®

The National Association of REALTORS® serves all REALTORS® nationwide. They promote the REALTOR® image, and serve the members in many areas. The National Association of REALTORS® is the nation's largest trade and professional association. Founded in 1908 by 120 people, the National Association of REALTORS® now serves approximately 700,000 members in 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Your Association provides a facility to improve professionalism in the real estate industry through education, research and exchange of information with its members and the public.

As a member of the National, State and Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS® your voice is heard from Washington to Grand Rapids.

The National Association of REALTORS® lobbies in Washington, D.C., just as M.A.R. lobbies in Lansing. The REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) supports national political candidates whose philosophies are consistent with the concept of private property ownership and free enterprise.
