Professional Designations

The Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS® (GRAR), the Michigan Association of REALTORS® (MAR) and the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) all support the philosophy that to learn is to grow. Below is an explanation of the different types of educational opportunities available only to Association members.

Professional Designations

Exclusive to REALTORS® is the opportunity to earn professional designations. The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has six affiliated institutes, societies and councils for professional specialization in the field of real estate. Below is a list of designations.
